Tourmaline neck belt is a medical product for both medical facilities and home use. Instructions for use: place a damp cloth on the neck and place the belt on top. After 15-20 minutes you will start to feel the heat. The belt can be used for 1-3 hours at a time, 1-3 times a day. After three months of continuous use, take a break of at least one month before repeating the course.

Warning: after use, redness and a slight feeling of discomfort may appear in the places where the belt was attached. This is a normal reaction that will disappear 3-4 hours after the belt is removed.
